Calling you're own number is just setting up your voicemail mailbox. So my guess is if you're getting called by your own number, it would only access the voicemail mailbox setup. Or, it's a prank.

Go to your "language and input" settings and make sure your keyboard is turned on. A good factory reset will always do the trick if that doesn't work. Or if you want to avoid both of those, you can always download a keyboard from the Google Play Store and use that. I recommend Google Keyboard.

Re: where is the privacy tab It is called "incognito mode" if you're referring to Google Chrome and can be found on the upper right-hand corner of the Chrome application.

Re: Samsung Galaxy s2 keeps restaring and rebooting Maybe try putting it in safe mode to see if any of your apps are causing this. I'm guessing since you have a Galaxy S2 you're way passed your warranty so you can't replace it. You can always call and pay Samsung to fix it. Other than that...
