Is there a way to mail in the phone and ask for them to try to revive it to get the data off of it prior to trading it in for a refurbished phone? I tried looking for nearby Samsung repair shops and there aren't any in my state...
Thanks! I will look into that in the future. I really don't want to void the warranty if possible...I also just tried plugging the phone into my laptop to see if it would detect it, but nothing came up.
