On my Samsung Galaxy Note 8, running Android ver. 9, when I Long-Press on a phone number or address the popup menu doesn’t show the option to call (number) or to map (open Google Maps for address), but displays all the other options (Copy, Select all, Web Search, Share…). Ideas? Thanks!!!

On my Note10+, I've created a folder with shortcuts to various OneDrive folder locations. It took a lot of time to create and I was wondering if there's a way to simply copy/zip & share the folder/contents so I can put it on another phone. Thanks!

Well, didn't work. Seemed to for a bit, but split texts have reverted back to being out of order. Sigh.... I'll see if Sprint support can do a better job.

I have another Android phone that allows me to customize my icons by long-pressing an icon and then selecting a different one. My One doesn't seem to allow this. How do i change the icons or can i? Sheesh! Thanks!

Just got my One and got all contacts synced fine. All the groups are syncing as they should except for Favorites. Any Favorites I have in Outlook don't show up on my One's Favorites list and vice versa--if i "favorite" a contact on the One it doesn't show up in Outlook. Ideas? Thanks!!!
