Question Contacts in Edge Panel keep disappearing

Selected contacts keep disappearing from the Edge Panel on my Galaxy S21 Ultra. This started approx. 3 months ago, so I'm assuming it's related to an update, but no way to be sure.

I've tried or made sure:

• Clearing app cache and data
• Not running Outlook
• All contacts are listed in native contacts

Thanks for replying and the suggestion, mustang.... No, not using Google contacts and have never used it. The Edge Panel has been working fine for years, on multiple Samsung phones without relying on Google contacts, so I'm pretty sure this isn't the issue, though I suppose it could prove to be a fix.

I do recall in the past users with something like Outlook/yahoo this happened and Google was ok , you can try it to see if it sticks but still won't be a solution to other methods of contact you use .
