It was originally locked to the carried but after I paid it off I was able to unlock it.

Still no update for me. Bought my Note 8 from T-Mobile. From MA but currently traveling in CA.

I use the white one but I didn't really notice much difference. The white one still leaves indentations on my Skinomi clear protector.

I use Android Auto with a Pioneer radio in my Jeep. It does the same thing though not that often that it bothers me. More like once every 30 minutes or so.

I came from a V20 as well. I really liked the V20 but the Note 8 is definitely a better experience.

I use Google Messages and missed one text. My wife was using Samsung Messages but was missing texts so she tried Google Messages and the problem continued. We started using Skype and have no problems.

My wife and I both have Note 8s on T-Mobile. She does not received all her text messages either. Even messages from me. I have had the problem once. I use the Google Messages app. She has tried the native Samsung app and the Google app. Both have the same problem.

I had a 6P (pre-ordered it at launch) and recently switched to a V20. I loved the 6P but I was having a lot of random shut downs when the battery level got below 25%. The only way to turn it on again was to out it on the charger. I needed something more dependable. It was very hard for me...

The only MMS settings are to auto download pictures and auto download when roaming. Both are enabled. Can't send either tho.

I did a force stop on the LG Message app and re-enabled the Verizon app. Pictures sent fine over the Verizon app. I immediately reinstalled Android Messages and sending a picture failed. Verizon app and LG app work...anything else seems to be a no go. 🤔

I believe that is the app that shows up as Message+ in the Application Manager. If so, yes...it is disabled.
