Hello, I am in a bit of a bind. I have a Galaxy S8 that I've only had for 3 months. Unfortunately, my son got it wedged in our power recline sofa and crushed the screen. I thought my phone was backing up to google and/or samsung cloud, but it appears it was not, as my photos are not there...
