I tried factory resetting mine a few times and it never fixed it. I finally got around to contacting Google to RMA mine. The whole process went super fast. Around 15 minutes on the website and then a phone call. Then they paid for UPS deliveries both ways. I dropped the watch at the UPS store...

I figured that might be my only option as well. I got my watch through a contract with my phone provider (Telus) so I'm not sure if I should contact them or Google directly, but I'll figure it out. Let me know how the return goes. Best of luck!
