FoxFi may work, but I installed it and when it REQUIRED me to use a pin or password to unlock my phone screen, I uninstalled it. The whole point for me is to be able to turn my hotspot on QUICKLY as I use it hourly and daily. I have no security to unlock my phone for expediency sake as well...
