Just started the same problem today. Screen is almost unresponsive. Long delay when I tap the Home button before the screen comes on. The phone sometimes shows a black background instead of my wallpaper. Either way, I cannot scroll open my Notifications. Gets warm in back to the right of the Lens.

Long time later but...I have ver 3 and am trying to rename. There is a box to allow read/write permission but I can't find it??

Go to Settings/Security Scroll to bottom - Clear Credentials THAT is what you need to do.

On the chance anyone has found a solution to Handcent not opening pics or vids with QuickPic? I just sent this to QuickPic and Handcent...hoping for a reply. I'm using the S4 Not sure which is the culprit but, when I go to view a picture or video sent to me, it asks, for a default viewer. I...

I agree great app but, if I get a picture through Handcent and chose QuicPic to view, it will not. It always goes to Gallery.

Not sure what the previous Handcent issue was but hopefully I can explain my problem? Since I got the S4, I am not able to send video messages. I think it's because my lowest video setting is still not low enough for Handcent, Is there a way??

All these cases are nice...and then the 4500mah battery comes out! I'm much more concerned about using the heck out of the phone than, worrying about so called "bulk" Also, I'm a little creeped out when people say a phone is "sexy" huh??? The camera lens is too small. Just barely.

Not to fault the reps so much as Verizon itself. Most major companies have little regard or concern to make sure info is passed down the channels. I used to "love" having a customer inform me of "something they read" only to find it true. I wasn't with Verizon but, they're all not too different.
