Handcent SMS App Question

(I'm sorry if I'm posting to the wrong forum) I was wondering in regards to the Handcent SMS App, if I use it instead of the original Android SMS app already installed, will it charge me for each text I send or will it go along with my data plan (I have unlimited texting) and not cost anything? Thanks a bunch for reading!

Not sure what the previous Handcent issue was but hopefully I can explain my problem?
Since I got the S4, I am not able to send video messages. I think it's because my lowest
video setting is still not low enough for Handcent, Is there a way??
