These are two of the best features of Android phones, and if Samsung doesn't offer them on future models I'll move to a manufacturer that does.

There isn't anything. There are a few areas where the iPhone walks all over Android, and this is one of them. :/ Edited - I forgot about Kies. It will backup just like iTunes?

Same story here. Very happy with the switch. I backed up my texts in Go SMS first but got a pleasant surprise when all my texts showed up in Textra without my having to do anything. :)

+3 on the Urban Armor Gear case. It's tough and feels very nice in the hand. It saved me from one drop already. I have the clear version (also known as Maverick) which I think looks great.
