    More likely it's the charging cable, they are made very cheaply and the wires are hair thin.

    Most people say no lower than 20%. I do agree that constantly letting your battery get down to 15% can't be good for it.

    Ya big baby! I've broken mine twice and you don't hear me complaining! It is kinda sad, one broke when removing it from the phone, and the other broke inside silo when the phone slipped off the couch.

    Either a circuit board got cracked or a cable got loosened. I wonder if office depot might look at it for you. They fix broken screens, can't hurt to ask.

    I have 2 of them and they work perfectly. When I broke mine, none of the T-Mobile stores had them, and the staff couldn't figure out how to order one. If it helps you sleep, for Bob's sake get the stock ones, you can't go wrong

    Hold there s-pen close to the screen and then push the button on the s-pen. If it's compatible air command should pop up.
