Thanks. The battery went below 14% like normal after the factory reset. However, I charged it overnight to 100% and it's still saying charged even though it's been unplugged for a while. I don't get it. Posted via Android Central App

I tried wiping the cache two different times and still had the same issue. I finally just wiped the entire device and will see how that goes. Fingers crossed. Posted via Android Central App
