If it works for two other chargers I would assume there is a problem with the wall charger. Borrow someone else's charger and see if it works. If it does just buy a new wall charger for his phone :)

I think you have an issue beyond your browser because I have a device with an 800MHz proccesor and 500mg of RAM and flag runs just fine on most stuff there is rarely any lag. Sent from my C771 using Tapatalk
