I figured out the problem. While working with the HTC EVO I must have trashed some of the LG drivers. After reinstalling them I was able to access the phone in both QPST and CDMA Workshop. Thanks, Joshua

I've changed the PRL on my wife's phone and the account has not been disabled.

I have to correct Port # - COM5. I get "Connected to COM5 Successfully" in CDMA Workshop. However, when I click READ to get the phone info I get "Failed.. Phone does not answer". Any suggestions? Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestions illwood. I can get the phone into HBoot USB, but don't know how/what drivers to use to be able to read the card. I've installed and pulled out the HTC Sync and custom Android USB drivers so many times I think maybe it just won't work. I'll grab a micro sdcard reader...
