What day did you order? I ordered on the 17th and I am basically in the same situation. No movement at all and says it will be delivered on the 28th. Both chat and phone support have been useless.

Samsung has a history of oversaturated displays, so something more balanced isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

My still says the 28th with no movement or change since I placed the order Monday night (17th). I spoke to customer service earlier today and they said, “Oh, don’t worry. It hasn’t even been released yet.”

You lucky ******* haha. I ordered pretty late on the 17th, so maybe mine will see some movement by tomorrow sometime.
