Re: S20 FE lock screen message question I had my contact information "If found call xxxxxx" That was there until yesterday. The only thing I can think of was I deleted some notifications from showing "messages, email, etc" Now I'm trying to get those back too.

I had a lock screen contact message on my phone, but yesterday it stopped displaying. I looked at the settings and couldn't find what happeded. Any suggestions? I know this probably belongs in a S20 FE forum but I can't find it.

Thanks, that worked. On my older phones I held until the shot.

Tried to take a screen shot holding volume down and power button. That brings up the power off screen. I turned off Bixby routines which used to come up whith the power off button. That button does power off the phone. So how do we take a screen shot now?

I had 3 apps listed one from 2019 and 2 from 2018, so I don't think they are the culprits. But the phone has been up (connected with internet) for over 4 hours this morning. Nothing done differently, my wife turns it off at night and charges it. I brought up several of her apps with no problem...

I don't know how to do a SOLVED on a message, I had already done the network reset that Mustang7757 suggested and it works now.

Switched internet providers and am now on AT&T. My Galaxy S7 phone connects to the router but often says no internet. If I turn off wifi on the phone and then back on it usually does fine, at least for a while. My other devices stay connected, expecially my wifi only tablet. It was working...

I found that if I unmount and then remount the SD card the widgets return. Faster than deleting and dragging. An issue I also have is every so often a widget disappears on boot - even on my phone. Any ideas?

I have MP4 videos on my Seagate NAS drive. I can play them using the Seagate app on my phone when I am connected to my home network. I am trying to play them using a browser when I am not home. When I click on the videos I get a popup "Your video file must use the H.264 codec in order to play in...

It might be the app you are using. I play MP4 movies from my external SD card using MoviePlayer.
