My husband sorted this for me thank you! Turns out I needed to perform the latest system update for it to restore my settings! 😀

if im honest im not 100% sure where I backed up to, my old phone asked me to backup and I pressed 'backup now', Im assuming it was Samsung because of the amount of storage space being used by it. I dont remember it asking me to restore from another device?

Pleeeeease help me I'm panicking. I just changed my Galaxy S7 for another as the screen had cracked. Backed up my old one and did a factory reset for when the courier collected it. Now my new one just has factory settings on and I cant restore anything at all! Cloud says Im using 9.38 GB of 15GB...
