Well i updated a few other things, and now I've narrowed it down to my settings. I can do everything without problem except look at my apps through the settings option. It backs out and goes to my recent apps page and then freezes for a little while. Posted via the Android Central App

Whenever I get a call or text on my S3, my phone will ring continuously. I have no recent apps or alarms, it's just ringing. I have restarted my phone, but that didn't help. I got another text and it did it again. Anyone know what's going on and how to fix it?
