G3

My G3 has been great, and i haven't had any problems out of it until now. I updated it, and now some of the preloaded apps don't work very well or hardly at all. Mainly the settings. It will back me out of the settings menu and then take me to my recent apps, but then it locks up for a couple of seconds. Can anyone help? I tried the smart cleaning, but I'm not sure if it deleted something i was supposed to have. I stopped a process, is there any way to reverse it as see if that fixes it?

It may seem like a pain but you probably need to do a factory reset. I say that because my G3, after getting the Lollipop update is really nice after a factory reset.

Well i updated a few other things, and now I've narrowed it down to my settings. I can do everything without problem except look at my apps through the settings option. It backs out and goes to my recent apps page and then freezes for a little while.
