Thanks I did discover I didn't have Moto Assist Drive turned on. I took that step and still no success. Followed the link you provided but my phone didn't have the Step 3 and 4 options. 3.Select "Having audio issues using Bluetooth?" 4.Select "Alternate audio channel" I'm Puzzled

Thanks I confirmed that Media Audio is turned on, still no success.
