You were right! Turns out there was one minor (or not so minor) difference on the APN settings. I added a new profile with the updated APN and it fixed it. Thank you for the help!

I've gotten most things figured out since moving to android, but one issue I'm having is my notifications for Google Now and Google Keep show up late (typically 4 minutes) or just not at all, and then maybe if I open Google Now. I've missed a lot of reminders. It's there something I have set wrong?
