    Screenshots are disabled in Ultra Power Saving mode.

    The only other place I know of is in the settings..powersaving menu. But it doesn't show the way you posted in the first pic. Just a basic mode option. Also only powersaving has options, ultra powersaving doesn't.

    Power Saving Mode Selection Screen?

    Use two fingers to pull down the bar instead of one. There should be about 20 icons, you want the one that says U. power saving. It shows 2 batteries. It should also be under Settings..System..Power Saving (one battery icon, but brings up both options)
