I have yet to figure out how to get this option where I could choose between power saving mode and ultra power saving mode

I know how to use the modes, but I want to know how to get the screen where I can choose between the two

I think I saw in some video review that it pops up when you tap Power Saving Mode from the notification toggles. I can't seem to recall which video it was though.

I've done that but it just turns the normal power saving mode on... I have AT&T

Use two fingers to pull down the bar instead of one. There should be about 20 icons, you want the one that says U. power saving. It shows 2 batteries. Screenshot_2014-04-27-03-04-05.jpeg

It should also be under Settings..System..Power Saving (one battery icon, but brings up both options)

That only turns on Ultra Power Saving Mode but doesn't give me the options

The only other place I know of is in the settings..powersaving menu. But it doesn't show the way you posted in the first pic. Just a basic mode option. Also only powersaving has options, ultra powersaving doesn't.
