OMG... I can't believe this. I mean, I hear about how restrictive they are, but to not have a legit app.... maybe I won't get an iPhone after all. I love this site/app and want to keep in touch with the Android world even as I explore Apple's walked garden.

Hi! I'm an Android user that wants to put a toe into Apple Waters (well keeping Android as well!) and in looking at the Apple App Store I'm not seeing the Android Central app... Is it literally not available on iOS? iOS can't possibly be that restrictive can it?

Reading is left to right, when you go "back", logically you are going back left therefore the back button should be on the left. Going forward is to the right, as in when you turn a page in a book. On my S8 I keep the back button always on the left. Works perfectly for my brain 😀

Nope I don't have a Pixel. I currently have an S8 and I've been waiting for the Pixel 3. With all the negative reviews I've decided to either wait until Google fixes everything or I may go iPhone Xs this year. Then again, my phone isn't that old so I may wait the year out entirely...

Sorry guys, I'm too emotionally invested and taking the Pixel 3 stuff way more personal than I should lol. I had pretty high expectations for this year's launch and feel let down. Think I'll head home, have an adult beverage and chill out.

Except that at every turn there is one more problem with it. Literally daily it seems to me. Very frustrating to someone, like me, that really wants to be all in with Google. I can't justify buying a Pixel 3 at any price until Google fixes all the things that should have been fixed before...

It's not so much fixing what ain't before broke as it is introducing a new set of problems from what I gather.

Agree completely. At a lower price I might take a chance, even with all the problems it's having. As it is, Google may be pushing me into Apples arms. I still haven't decided yet lol.

I'd like to know some more specifics as well. I'm still on the fence between iPhone Xs and Pixel 3. Google is not helping me out this time around lol. Usually I'm an instant hell no to iOS, but since playing around with my wife's xs it's really got me thinking of switching. I'd miss the LED...

So in other words iOS is still a fail and I need to stick with Android lol.

Dang. I'm now thinking of trying to get the best of both worlds (iOS and Android). I just found out that GA is available to download on iOS and am back to thinking about getting the iPhone Xs again and putting that on it. I need to put it on my wife's iPhone and see what limitations it has.
