I just got a Galaxy S9 a couple of days ago and the touch screen seems to just be freaking out and not working properly. I read online that people have had issues with the keyboard on the touch screen (which I am experiencing) but my screen also skips to other pages when I touch a link or app...

This app does not allow updates and isn't even in the Playstore unlike other Amazon apps. So unless they fix it internally, I am unsure of what is going on.
