is there anyway for someone to send me their update.zip file from rom manager? would this even work?

I cant understand how to use odin, and get to the downloading screen I tried to use ROM manager and flash a ROM using that but for some reason it gets stuck on installing and does nothing and when i tried a different one it said it couldnt find the location

well i dont know 100% that i flashed back to stock. i was having issues getting to the download screen seeing as i dont know what it looks like. is it the system recovery screen?

ok so i attepmted to do this. and i feel that i succeeded since it locked my phone. but your sgs unlock program worked like a charm but unfortunately did not fix the app market problem.

it didnt work... it did not restore what i deleted. just what i had downloaded and all my information.
