Sorry if this is a repeat, im very new to Android and a little confused on backups.

I rooted and then did this after downloading clockwork/rom manager:

How to Install ClockWork Recovery:
1. On the menu there should be an option labeled ?FLASH CLOCKWORK RECOVERY.?
Press it.
2. Once a popup says that it has been succesful press ?BACKUP CURRENT ROM?
3. Your phone will now restart and backup your ROM
4. If your phone does not start backing up and instead boots into a blue menu use the volume
keys to select reboot now and then press the power button. Try to do all the steps again.
5. Wait for it to finish and then it should restart.

Is this considered a Nandroid backup? Is there anything else I need to do as far as backups or is this the best method?

This will allow me to go back to my stock Rom at any point , is that correct?

Then I should use Titanium Backup for data/apps/settings?

This is a nandroid and is currently the best method of backing up your phone. It will back up your phone at the current status so if it is a stock/rooted phone that is what you will have. Only back up apps in TB. You don't want to install system data from TB as it can cause force closes so no sense in backing up system data.
