I had a SW update today. Didn't check what it was but I remember it was just under 80 MB. Since then charging has been very, very slow. Any ideas?

Yes, sometimes it does sort itself out but mostly it does not ..... I keep getting messages like "Process has stopped" or "Contacts has stopped", do you ?

No. It is not rooted.

I have been using this since early November 2012 and for the past month or so the phone freezes quite frequently. This does not seem to be associated with any particular apps. It happens with various usage types viz. after disconnecting a call, playing 'Stick Tennis', looking up a contact etc...

New GS-III. Shot a video for the first time and can view it on my cell. Problem is I cannot figure out where the video file is stored and hence can't copy it to my laptop. Can someone help me ? Thanks Kayem
