How long have you had this phone? I'm fairly certain that there is a window to be able to return a phone. It tends to be short, so if you want to do that, you probably need to do this immediately. Is this your first smart phone? If you've had one before, tell us what you had so we can help you...

I suggest "bust" and get a decent phone. My one "holdout" finally bit the bullet. Still using blackberry hub, but on a decent Android phone.

Mixed. One location - smooth, no problems and very timely turnaround. The other location - not terrible but not fantastic. And they couldn't fix the phone.

What's odd about it that they have been sending out replacements, even for people who didn't buy their phones from AT&T - I know because two of the phones on my account got free replacements.

BestBuy had no stock. I avoid Amazon when I can. Also, every time I checked, they were also doing the international version.

AT&T told me that this would do 5G, though not all bands. At this point I'm trying to get a return from Samsung, but they are being obnoxious. I'm hoping that B&H will deal with it. At least they have been nice about it, but they need to get back to me.

AT&T is not just mmWave. It doesn't do ANY 5G. As I said, it won't allow me to set up the APN, with no error message.

I wasn't looking for the international version, but that's what was available at the time - stock was an issue and B&H, which is generally very reliable, had these.
