We're looking at a set up where we are going to be doing a massive number of meetings via cell phone based video conferencing.

I have a good deal of flexibility on what software we use, but I'm trying to figure out which ones use the least data.

Obviously, decent call quality is the most important thing, but most of the options I've seen are reasonable that way, especially if we set up the call on both ends.

I'm looking at Duo, Google Meet, WhatsApp, Signal, or Zoom.

We're providing the phones, probably Google Pixel 5a, unless there is something better in that budget range.

Im not sure which would use the least data they probably going be about the same

The least data would be voice only conference. If visuals are needed, send out pdf's via email before the call
