Solved my problem, bought a OnePlus 3T and will be selling my LGV20 for a loss, lesson learned.

I thought it was just a overstated internet BS until mine did it. So no, its not a Note battery issue but with the amount of them coming up broken indicates there is a problem. I have seen plenty of phones dropped, ran over and throne against walls. Never have I seen a camera lens break...

No, there is a part but it listed out of stock on a china parts site. This thing is so easy to work it would take 15 min to replace.

Mine Cracked and I have no idea how. No drops, in an Otterbox. My biggest beef is that LG wants way to much to fix and says it does not have parts for sale. Of I send in it will take at least 2 weeks, can't do that.... I really just want to parts. I know they will never admit its brittle...

Cracked Camera Glass.(Its definitely not military standards.) Other than that....LOL This phone is impressive. SD card option is great. Battery is pretty good. Charge time is fast and best part is when you kill the battery after a 1000s of charges, you just swap for another. Audio quality...

So I chatted with LG today and that was a joke. They told be that it was physical damage. I could send it in and they would see if it could be fixed. So I asked for the parts and was told a third party repairs them and they don't have parts. Asked for manager and they said they don't have...

My GS5 took some hits on the camera and it did not crack. I always use Otterboxes and never had any damage. It think its the materials and they know it and are playing the odds. For the cost of the phone, they really should have made the camera glass designed better. I really wish I would...

Re: Camera Glass Cracked!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plan on talking to LG. Trying to find a replacement glass with no luck so far. Its a shame, other than that its a good phone. You can charge the crap out of the battery and when its dead just replace it.

Funny, I have chatted with them today and they said no. It will never be available. They are very inconsistent and it sadly does not surprise me. Most likely buy it from Google when they finally get it in stock, hopefully before New Years. LOL
