That's the regular return policy, this is not a recall just a recommendation to return. That's why the whole issue is confusing to everyone. This has to be the most miscommunication of a tech issue that I have ever herd of.

Re: Watch release cancelled How can they give us a vague statement and expect us to return the watch when it works perfectly fine outside of the Bluetooth voice call issue. Something is very fishy about this recall in my opinion.

This watch will not connect to make calls via blue tooth. Tried a pair of Jay Bird wireless stereo headphones. The only sound I get through them is music. It would be nice if they would update this. I just can't see myself talking in a public area on a speaker phone. It seems like a basic...

Does the connected phone have to be on at all times? What's the point with it having it's own number and SIM if it has to be connected at all times? Are there rumors of a stand alone update to android wear?

Can you talk via Bluetooth or speaker only when you call or receive a call?

When you call directly from the watch can you talk via Bluetooth or can you only use the speaker? I can hear music via Bluetooth but I can't figure out how to talk to someone via Bluetooth. I have an older pair of Bluetooth headphones so I don't know if that is the issue or not.
