Download SD Maid from the play store and use the Explorer feature. Best APP around for everything needed. Plus, no adds, very light in the memory department and it's even more useful when you root!

Fixed? Just hold down VolDn+PWR+HOME UNTIL IT SHUTS OFF. Then immediately let go! Wait about 3mins and power on w/PWR only.

If your rooted, as i have same issue with mine and read the same issue on other sites. Somehow rooting disables Private Mode. As stated earlier, you will have to reinstall(FLASH) stock firmware/ROM. Find the F/W on SamMobile.com download Odin3 3.1x.xx. I use TWRP for backups, flashing, etc.
