you might want to go into a sprint and see if you have the same upgrade i did. i had an early upgrade from the m8 to m9 and they called it a $0 lease. literally free, they make you sign up for insurance but you can cancel it and the activation you can get waived.

mine does the same thing after a replacement and it only happened like a couple months after a successful installation. its something wrong with the screen itself, because i unplugged and replugged the connectors and it still happens.
