So, I heard that if you Uninstall facebook, it would increase battery life. I'm rarely on there more than twice a day, so I figured why not? I go to Uninstall the application, like normal. Once I click it, it doesn't say anything about uninstalling, says something about not updating anymore...

Not sure why the battery drain, I've had mine synced since 6 am and seems to just be normal battery usage. I do see the 4G and wifi on. Yes, you will receive all the regular notifications. I put my phone on airplane mode just to see what all I would get. I haven't missed a thing. They update...
