Thank you for the replies. Is this issue covered under Samsung Warranty? Also, I should probably unroot and install stock ROM with stock Recovery. And I would also like to know if the whole screen is in risk of getting these white specks or dead pixels.

I have noticed these white spots starting to accumulate on my Note 10.1 screen. I tried cleaning it with a microfiber cloth but the spots seem to be underneath the glass. At first, there was this spot in the centre but now, I think new spots are starting to appear. Should I be worried? Any help...
