I think I'm done updating this phone for now. Right after updating is when the Pandora and You tube problems occurred.

Unbelievable! I spent an hour online, an hour on the phone and two and a half hours at the Sprint store with techs that could not figure this out. I come on here, and in two minutes all my song apps work as well as YouTube. I greatly appreciate this thank you!

Not only does YouTube not work, but also Pandora and other music apps via network settings. If you play them through wifi they work with no problems. I went through 3 sprint techs today, and not one can figure out what is going on. The last one I went to checked his htc one, and his phone...

I guess to compound the issue, now YouTube doesn't work off of network settings, and only off Wi-Fi. This problem keeps getting stranger by the moment Sent from my HTCONE using Tapatalk

I have this exact problem and have no idea how to correct it. Any ideas and did you guys get Pandora working again?

Ok just tried my wifes Iphone and Pandora worked, so I guess its safe to say it is not a network issue. I have to assume it's a phone issue. Maybe a program is conflicting with Pandora? I'm clueless.....?

I will try on my wifes Iphone when she gets home. I just got off line with tech support and they tried an Update Profile to no avail. They said if Pandora does not work within the hour, to contact Sprint support. The saga continues..

Strange that all of a sudden they would throttle me after using Pandora on all of my phones for the past 4-5 yrs.

Within the past day or so Pandora has been having trouble connecting via mobile data connection. The app starts properly, but then continues to skip through songs without even playing them. I tried the app via wifi, and the app works without a hitch. Could this possibly be a throttling issue...

I was afraid someone might say this......

It's not popping up by itself. It pops up if I disable or enable the location. This never happened before the update as it would just shut off by itself and nothing else would happen. Strange Sent from my HTCONE using Tapatalk
