There is no VoLTE, Advanced Calling, HD Calling, or Enhanced 4G, but I managed to get it working by putting in another SIM with the same carrier, calling it and then putting back my SIM. I don't know how long it will last, but atleast now I can call, but I can't go into Phone -> More Settings...
