I wanna know if there are apps for playing music stored on your phone on your car radio without a kit.

I have the optimus v it comes with a small amount of internal storage so tp keep it running smoth move as many apps to the sd card as I can. The prolem is the internal memory doesn't Know this and it is shrinking rapidly. How do I remedy this situation? I have efile file manager if that'll help...
