Yes I called Sprint order services from the Moto X on my account. It was a fairly straightforward process once the ***** reps realized what the problem was. I imagin you could always go into a sprint corporate store to accomplish the same thing.

So I had mine delivered via UPS tonight at around 7pm eastern. 3 hours later and still no closer to actually having it work on my account with sprint who sold me the damn phone.

I can see that being a necessity. That is one of the reasons the Sprint or T-Mobile version would be better. Both can have bootloader unlocked officially. Now it just depends on which one provides the service you need.

I ordered mine Tuesday and got the tracking number last night, should be at my house sometime today. I did order the White one as it seems to be the least popular of the two and I will case it up anyways.

Doesn't sound normal. I don't have much experience with sprint though. I ported a number from a $5 tracfone I bought specifically for porting in. My other line on my account was a port in from Straightalk and it had no issues either. Maybe a hold up on VZW end.
