I am porting a number also so you have me somewhat nervous. Did you have to call from a different line then the number you are porting? My cell phone is my only phone so I wonder if I will have to go someplace where I have access to another phone to get setup.
Yes I called Sprint order services from the Moto X on my account. It was a fairly straightforward process once the ***** reps realized what the problem was. I imagin you could always go into a sprint corporate store to accomplish the same thing.
