After using Nova Premium for well over a decade, I decided to use UI7. Nova hasn't been very innovative since they were sold and there are still bugs that they aren't willing to fix. UI7 is working out great. As long as it does, I'm staying.

I actually have been liking UI7 enough to make me stop using Nova. I do use Bitwarden and it works well with any keyboard I'm using (Gboard here), if it's worth anything.
