Thank you for that quick response, KeepItReal! Unfortunately it seems that factory reset (via the setting menu) didn't solve my issue as it started again almost immediately. Is there a possible rollback or default image available to install from entering Dload mode after doing a hard reset?

I think I saw a reference to this issue before, but ever since I got the update my phone will reboot on its own at seemingly random intervals.

Same thing happened for me, IDK what took them so long. I demanded they waive the restocking fee for my 5 day old Incredible and they did just that. So worth it though; this phone is insane.

My first SIM (which came with the first phone) looks like jonneh's; my current one looks like sublime's. With a new handset I'm still told I sound muffled. This is no longer acceptable; I'm returning this phone and checking out other options.

Got a second Atrix, inserted my second SIM from the original phone to the new one. Turned off noise suppression. Call so far have been good; will report after a couple days.

Noise Cancellation is off, and my sound is still horrendous (New sim turned out not to work). I have another handset coming on Tuesday, but after this influx of sound issues I'm very close to returning this thing if the problems persist.

I had the exact same issue. As strange as it sounds, when I went to the AT&T store the first thing they did was to give me a new sim card - and it worked. I'm still not sure how that would change things, but the customer service guy told me that was the first step on his list of fixes.
