I ordered mine through Best Buy. I think both sites ask if there's minor scratches or cracks though. Mine isn't "cracked," but I figured they'd dock you if they found the slightest thing.

Yeah, I remember a few S20 Ultra reviews where they mentioned the autofocus issue, and specifically said they would "update" the review once Samsung addressed it via a future patch.

It warmed up a bit as I was uploading pictures and music, via the USB-C cord and WiFi. But since then, it's been fairly calm and hasn't warmed up considerably at all.
