S21 T-Mobile (and former Sprint) Pre-order, anyone else?

Please post if your phone came with pre-install screen protector.

Just T-mobile, not unlocked.

Super disappointed this preorder. I know others have had to wait in past. I'm just impatient. Lol I really thought I would see my phone this week but it looks like I won't be getting it till next week or even later :/

I totally agree. I've been looking for updates all week and haven't seen anything. I think we both ordered the same (ultra 256) did you order directly through Sprint also? I'm heading out of town tomorrow and was really hoping to have a new phone to play with.

Finally! Super happy with this thing so far and I've owned just about every flagship from every year.

Yea I'm just joking my wife and both upgraded lol we both got 512GB ultras the work day can't end any sooner today

Nice I'm so jealous! Goes we're stuck waiting till Friday. When we're getting snow tonight it's getting a little bad out I hope that don't affect our delivery.

I ordered the ultra 512 phantom black on the 18th in the evening, West coast time. Lol my shipment window is the 1/29 - 2/7 I've had dates like that before on 2 preorders but it still came the Wednesday before in store release. Oh well. Glad many of you got your phones though! I'm just sitting here with 3 cases and no phone. Lol

Got my wifes S21+ Phantom Violet today. Only been turned on not even set up yet. She doesn't get too excited over these kinda things. I was more excited than she was lol and I'm still rocking my Note 10+.

Former Sprint customer here. Love the synergy of the hookup with T-Mobile. No problems at all.
My Sprint S20+ finds and connects to the T-Mobile bands with no problems.

Anyway, I am doing the old "Turn in your leased S20 and get the S21" deal. It used to be called "Galaxy Forever".

Anyone else getting an S20 pre-ordered on T-Mobile?

Mav.

Just ordered mine today, still over on the sprint side. One nice change I have noticed is that when upgrading early they allow you to continue payments on the other device. I will have the 12 mini and the s21 and just be able to switch between them when ever I am in the mood to switch it up.

Where do we go to get the credit. I can't find it anywhere on the shop samsung app

If I'm not mistaken just go to the samsung app on your new device and go to promotions or deals or something like that and their should be some indication of the deal, and once you click it recognizes your device. Something like that

Ups has created my label! I'm so happy things are finally moving along! Says delivery tomorrow but I'm thinking more like Friday. I'm just hoping to get it before next week

Don't do it I changed my sim card from sprint to tmobile and my service sucks. Not only that but they told me a tmobile rep that tmobile hasn't fully absorbed the towers from sprint and that in my area they don't have many t mobile towers. I had to go back to sprint sim which wasted about 10 days before I realized my service on a tmobile sim card was cutting in and out

That's all I need to know, thank you very much.

Not everyone will experience same. In many areas, users will get better service switching to TMo SIM. Check your area coverage maps. By end of 2022 Sprint assets should be converted to TMo or abandon due to redundancy.

My neighborhood has horrible T-Mobile service and good Sprint service. Right now I can hop onto TMO towers soon as I get going out of town.

My neighbor across the street has TMO and told me it's so so service in town but once out of town it's great They were looking to change to something else then decided to wait it out until changing of towers completed. Wifi calling helps at home too.
When the Sprint towers get fully consumed she should ramp up to better service I assume.
This is why I stayed with Sprint on the hope TMO gets wonderful service in the end.
But thanks for all the information.

I'll roll the dice, and see how this turns out. I have 2 phones on Sprint contract due to be paid off at the beginning of 2022.

I have a phone on Xfinity for my granddaughter and that phone has excellent service.

One unlocked s21 coming.
One Good thing about that, I can use other carriers without being locked to them.
People up in here know thier stuff. 👏👏👏👍
Nooooice

I just noticed that in my order I am getting a t-mobile sim. Where I live I get killer 5g from sprint. I actually disconnected from the WiFi at my office because my 5g is faster, I get around 250 download speeds and around 50 upload on my 12 mini.

I guess I won’t be slapping that T-Mobile sim in. Thanks for the info on being able to choose which sim.

My T-mobile s21u didn't not come with a screen protector. Kind of disappointed. Let's hope the screen holds up better than my n20u.

Still no change on my 256gb Feb 17-Mar 2 estimate. While I'm not overly stressed about having to wait (s10+ still works great), I am a bit worried we late recipients will miss out on the Samsung credit.
