Thanks for the advice, I've just added Outlook to the "Not Optimized" list, it freaks out about once every other day. I'll report back to let you know if this issue has gone away-

Just an fyi, I used the Chat Support to ask whether the rattle was normal. After some troubleshooting the tech asked me to remove the sim tray and reinsert it. Popped it out, reinserted and it decreased the rattle by 90%. I guess the SIM tray wasn't properly seated.

If you tap on the top of the device do you hear any rattle?

Do any of these issues warrant a device exchange?
