Thanks for the tips! I have a case incident still open with moto. They think it's due to physical damage, but it's not. I checked out the floor models at verizon and same issue with all 4 on that were on display. Sounds like a quality issue. I'll attempt to get a replacement at another time...

Hi, Does any one here have an issue with their plastic speaker accent? I had my phone for about a week and now I notice the speaker trim/accent on the front of the phone is very loose. I can move it up and down with ease. It seems like it will fall off anytime now. No luck with Moto Support yet.
