I just spoke with Samsung. The latest update created some bugs in the system including this one. Samsung offered to roll my S8 back to the previous system or I can wait until the new update comes out before the end of April fixing this. Geez, how I wish they could have told us this and saved...

I am having the same problem and none of these suggestions has worked. The google contact had been there but unsynced since Feb 2018 and now it is gone completely. See attached Have allowed all access. When I go into Google contacts I see the contacts in the account. Help!

I am getting audible notifications that do not show up on the notifications screen. Even opening an app does not show that there was a notification. It is driving me batty. Any ideas for me?

This may be a dumb question but.... I know we aren't supposed to leave our phones charging after they reach 100% but does that mean it isn't good to plug in a charged phone to use instead of working off the battery? Sometimes if I am at my desk for a few hours I wonder if I should work plugged...

I love it but it seems to go dark quickly and I have to really press on home button to get display back. I am temporarily using plastic screen cover the phone came with and have disabled screen always on. Any other things or settings I should check? Thanks.

I am looking at the S8 but am open. I use my fitness pal and fitbit apps etc and would hope they work well with android. I have a Samsung tablet and love it but it is dated and some of those apps run slowly due to old Android version. Just tired of apple's $$$$, battery issues and storage.
