No problem. Indeed, You can't turn boomsound off when you're using speakers. It's automatically turned on at all times. You can only turn off when you're using a headset or other wired/Bluetooth audio device.

It's a shame they don't update HK fast. In my opinion, if you have a 'special edition' you deserve a special treatment. At least you have to have the same updates as on the 'normal' M8s (at the same time).

It will eventually get better. KitKat wasn't optimised in the beginning but after some time it became the OS we loved. So yeah, have patience and you'll be rewarded. 😉

In Gmail settings > first option (type) select priority. You'll get notifications. Let me know if it's working.

I have never taken any photo on a smartphone while zooming in. No matter what phone camera you take a zoomed photo, that is not pretty. Every choice has is its positive side and it's negative side. For me 4MP is enough. If I want to take big photos I'll have to take my camera with me. I'm amazed...
